Mile 76 - Ahh, the Potomac is peaceful and slow here.   On each boat ramp, there's a red and yellow line down the middle that is an indicator of water conditions on the Potomac.

If the water covers part of the yellow line, the river is high and boaters should use caution.

If the river level is on the red line, boaters are in danger!  Take a close look at the first photo and you'll see that the river level is below even the yellow line.  No excitement today.
