Catoctin Aqueduct

Mile 51.5 - This picture is a combination of three elements. The first is the single remaining arch of the Catoctin Creek Aqueduct, on the right. The missing two arches collapsed in 1973. Behind it you can see an arch of the B & O railroad bridge. On top of them both is the steel and wood foot bridge NPS built after the collapse. It's built right beside the remains of the aqueduct.
