Lock 54

Mile 134 - Although the foundation of the lockhouse is still standing, the lock itself was filled in with earth to preserve it. 

You can see the bypass flume and lock filled in with dirt in the foreground.  To the left of them you can see a stonework and the towpath.  On the other side of the towpath is a feeder channel that leads to the inlet lock for Dam 6.
