Rocky Section

Mile 13.3 - This rocky section of trail is not passable on bike but okay on foot.  Even if you have mad mountain biking skills. Up until the 1996 flood, there was a boardwalk for bicycles and wheelchairs and the park is planning on rebuilding it.  (Update 2006:  This section has been repaired and is either covered with soil or spanned by a small bridge.)

This is all that's left of the walkway after the 1996 flood.  Lock 15 is on the other end.
