If you zoom in real close you can see the design on the cake is the "Eat Pie" guy from Jedi Knight. He's not really called that in the game but whenever one of them appears (for target practice I think), he always mutters something which sounds like "Eat Pie!". The reason he was chosen was not so much because he's the patron saint of eating sweet things but because Brian has devoted most of his (considerable) spare time to Jedi Knight.
